T-Ball anyone?

The other day, Mom came over with some of Will and Lillian's cousins. They had a blast!

Lillian 'helping' me with laundry. Okay, really she was just playing. I had to grab my camera to try to catch it. Those pjs she has on are new. When I walked into the kitchen she had that ice cream cone folded and in her mouth! It does look pretty good doesn't it?!

Lillian and I watched and cheered on Will as he tried out t-ball for the first time. Yes, we had avocado for supper.

His first hit!

So... he needs a little help.

Dad did great helping him out. Enough so that after about an hour of "elbow up" "watch the ball" "step back a little." He was remembering these things each hit.

He ended up doing really well and after that much time of hitting the ball, running after it, setting it up, and repeat, I think he got some great exercise in for the day!

Chocolate Banana Protein Muffins

Chocolate Banana Protein muffins:

3 ripe, mashed bananas
3 scoops (3/4 c.) chocolate protein powder
1 c. egg whites
1/2 c. coconut milk (or almond or cows, whatever really)
3 c. oatmeal
1 1/2. tsp baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
About 1-2 Tbs. of cocoa powder

 3 bananas, mash em' up.

(I did it backwards but add other liquids) And then dry

I forgot to take a pic after I added the oatmeal but I'm sure you'll know what it's supposed to look like.

It made 9 and that was in the big muffin tins.

2 g of fat
21 g of carbohydrates
13 g protein

Be brave, add some fun stuff if you want. Coconut anyone?? A few dark chocolate chips? Or, top it with some natural peanut butter as a 'frosting'. And although there is no picture to prove it, it is Will approved. :)
