One little tough guy!

We all know that Will is a tough guy, right? He almost never cries. At least once a week I pick him up at daycare and she tells me some story of how he is so tough. Well, I think today he made that an all time record for being tough. We went on a walk and since the county has just put new rock down a few days ago on the road, it is much more bumpy than normal. I noticed that Will was sucking on the tray in front of him. No biggie, he does that a lot. Then we stop to throw some rocks in the creak (ok it was me but it gives him something to look at.) I look at his face and he has blood out of his mouth!!! What? Not a single peep out of the kid to let me know that he had hurt his gums on the tray while walking! I of course felt bad but he never made any kind of noise to show that he had hurt himself. Crazy kid of mine!

And I also want to say from the last post, I said, big purchase with the caddy I had bough. I just want to make sure you know my big purchase was a whopping $19.

I'm SOOOO excited!

I found this web site that has so much baking stuff. It has everything you would ever want for desert making. It really is cheaper than most places that sells the same stuff. They are also very fast at shipping. My order went threw on Monday and it came in on Wednesday!!

Here are some of the sprinkles I ordered. Jumbo hearts, mini stars, and black pearls.

They also have candles for every theme. Here are the candles I got for Will's birthday. Of course he will only need one this year!

Okay, these I am probably most excited about. Edible eyes!!! They are 3/8" and the perfect size for making those cake pops I love to make! I am so excited to use these!!

So, this is my newest big purchase. It is my baking caddy. It is full of all my baking stuff. Yes, I had to put a sign on there for some family members do not eat the candy... but they still do. Not using any names ;) But I do have another caddy too, I just don't have it full YET!

HI!!!

This is an old video, I took it in the begining of January.

This is how I help Mom.

His new favorite thing to do while I am attempting to clean. Mr. Wild Child will soon be Mr. Climber and into everything.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Cupcakes

These cupcakes are AMAZING!! If you know me, you know I love baking. Everything to do with baking, you can count me in!! They are Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes. They just sound like haven. The recipe that I followed had many steps and lots of butter. The first part is baking the cake. Easy enough.
While the cupcakes are baking, you mix up some egg less cookie dough. You cut a small hole out of the center of the cupcake and stuff the dough in the center. Time consuming but easy. Then you frost the cupcakes and garnish with chocolate chips!

Now, I ran out of cupcake liners so I had to make a cake out of the remainder of the batter. I used an 8" cake pans and layered the center of the cake with some frosting then flattened the cookie dough, more frosting and then frosted the whole cake. It was truly amazing and worked out wonderfully!
